PRODUCTION

My primary speciality, driven by my fascination with the organisation and function of projects, encompasses strategic planning to pipeline management. The key is to be a facilitator to developers, not their overseer. My skills are also enhanced by my understanding of Agile strategies and Scrum Mastering. I have organised and chaired team meetings and analysed project data. Production requires brutal decisions to keep the project on track, and the team remains focused.
